actually kodi don't work with 120hz auto frame rate support
it ok for 120 and 119 on ugoos am8pro
but don't work with 100 hz
for the future kodi need to apply for autoframerate
for 120hz tv this technique
for 23 ---5* show at 119
for 24 --5* show at 120
for 25 --*4 show at 100
for 50 --*2 show at 100
for 59 --*2 show at 119
for 60 --*2 show at 120

There has recently been a discussion on this very subject. I have spent 10 minutes searching but I cannot find it...

In any case, what you are asking for is absolutely possible already.

Check here: https://kodi.wiki/view/Advancedsettings.xml#video under adjustrefreshrate and you'll see that you can force refresh rates according to video's fps.
