Whenever I link jio tv plugin by the zip then it shows the error that "the dependency inputstream.adaptive version 0.0.0 could not be satisfied."

Except jarvis, is there any other version of Kodi app which support Android version 4.4.4 .
so that my problem will be solved by using that version.

Kodi v17 Krypton requires Android 5.0 or higher and that is no longer supported.
So to answer your question, no there is not.
