Is there an additional module allowing me to save the evaluations of my songs directly and automatically to the file ?

Which file? If you mean the song file, then no. Kodi cannot modify tags in files.
If you run an Export to Single File for music, then your ratings are saved there... https://kodi.wiki/view/Import-export_library/Music

Frankly, I know that you don't want KODI to be able to touch the file, but that's just the note, in my opinion there should be for example in the "Media" => "Music" section a button with which we toggle between changing the note or not in the file, it's really annoying !
